European Blockchain Convention – Addressing Institutional Crypto Adoption
We participated in the European Blockchain Convention 2025, held in Barcelona on October 16–17, where 6 Monks (6M) was also an official sponsor.
During the event, our Head of Legal & Compliance, Julie Bourgeois, joined the panel “Are We Still at a Kindergarten Level in Institutional Crypto Adoption?” on the Bitpanda Main Stage, alongside representatives from Wyden, Zürcher Kantonalbank, and Swissquote Bank Europe. The discussion focused on the current state of institutional engagement in the digital asset space, highlighting the regulatory, operational, and infrastructure gaps that remain, and how AIFMs like 6M are helping to close them.
With over 6,000 participants in attendance, the convention brought together key voices shaping the future of digital assets across Europe.
